Form 2 to Form 4 Admission – Applicants are required to complete the Online Application Form and upload supporting documents to the Google Form.

b) report cards of recent two years
c) participation and achievement in extra-curricular activities and services of recent two years

Remarks:
a) Deadline of application is 12 June 2026 (Friday) by 4:00 p.m.  We appreciate your understanding that applications received after the specified deadline cannot be considered.
b) Selected applicants will receive invitations for the entrance examination and interview. Notification of selection will be communicated by phone by 18 June 2026 (Thursday).
c) If no notification is received, it indicates that the application has not been selected for the assessment process.

The details of the written examination and interview are as follows:

Venue: Room 103, SKH Lam Woo Memorial Secondary School, 397 Kwai Shing Circuit, Kwai Chung
Reporting Time: 8:45 a.m.
Examination Time: 9:00 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. (45 minutes for each subject – Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics)
Interview Time: 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. (around 10 – 15 minutes for each candidate; exact time to be confirmed)
