Form 2 and Form 3 Admission – Application is open to Form 2 and Form 3 students throughout the school year.  Applicants have to complete an online application and upload supporting documents through the following Google Form.

The supporting documents are as follows:

1. a recent photo

2. report cards of recent two years

3. participation and achievement in extra-curricular activities and services of recent two years

Remarks:

1. Deadline of application is 20 June 2023 (Tuesday) by 4:00 p.m.  Late applications will not be accepted.
2. Shortlisted applicants will be notified by phone, and invited for the entrance examination and interview with the details below:

a) Date: 27 June 2023 (Tuesday)
b) Venue: Room 104, SKH Lam Woo Memorial Secondary School, 397 Kwai Shing Circuit, Kwai Chung
c) Reporting Time: 9:15 a.m.
d) Examination Time: 9:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. (45 minutes for each subject – Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics)
e) Interview Time: 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. (around 10 – 15 minutes for each candidate; exact time to be confirmed)
