On 19th September 2019, T-Talk hosted an exciting collaboration with the EAS's very own chairperson, Hannah Au (4E) who shared her experiences of failure and her 'FLIP' method for ensuring we fail "mindfully".

Failure gives you a great opportunity to reflect and to make the necessary changes needed to become a better version of yourself. In order to flip your near-win, one should Feel, Learn, Improve and then Proceed. Our CNETs Ms Lan and Mr Andrew were also invited onstage to share their experiences of failure, how they overcame it and what they learned from their experiences. Hannah's inspiring talk was well received and surely gave Lam Wooers something to contemplate.
