On 28 March, a group of F.1 students embarked on an educational journey to Hong Kong's News-Expo, where they gained valuable insights into information literacy. Led by a former TVB news reporter, they participated in a seminar and a guided tour, learning to critically evaluate news sources in the digital age. Engaging in experiential games, they had firsthand exposure to news production and live broadcasting. This visit deepened their understanding of the journalistic process and equipped them with the necessary skills to navigate the complex media landscape. It also empowered our students with ethical and effective information usage, fostering responsible citizenship and lifelong learning.
