A face-to-face cultural exchange session with our sister school, The Junior High School Attached to Saga University Faculty of Education (佐賀大学教育学部附属中学校), was held on 7th December. All participating students were delighted to meet their Japanese counterparts in person after the pandemic. The event was kicked off by the welcoming speech by our Vice-principal Mr. Lau. Students then exchanged name cards designed by themselves. They also took turns and shared their own cultures, favourite sports, music and food. The exchange session was concluded by the ending speech given by the Vice-principal of our sister school, Miss Noriko Kawasoe. After that, our students enjoyed their time playing basketball, dart games and Nintendo Switch games in English Corner with their Japanese counterparts. Lastly, students from both schools had a taste of foods from both cultures.  All teachers and students enjoyed the time with our guests coming from Japan and we hope to see each other soon!

12月7日、姉妹校である佐賀大学教育学部附属中学校と交流会が開催されました。参加した学生は全員、パンデミック後に日本の学生と直接会えることを喜んでいました。イベントは、わが校の副校長の歓迎挨拶で始まりました。その後、学生たちは自らデザインした名刺を交換しました。また、彼らは順番に、自分の文化、好きなスポーツ、音楽、食べ物などを共有しました。これから、姉妹校の副校長である川副先生の閉会のスピーチで終了しました。その後、生徒たちは英語コーナーでNintendo Switch ゲーム、一緒にバスケットボール、ダーツを楽しみました。最後に、両校の生徒は両文化の食べ物を食べました。先生も生徒もみんな日本から来て、楽しい時間を過ごしました。またお会いできるのを楽しみにしています！
