Eight students had travelled to Zhejiang on a 5-day, 4-night educational trip organised by the Hong Kong Ta Kung Wen Wei Media Group. This was more than just a reward for their outstanding performances in the "The 2ⁿᵈ Hong Kong Youth Chinese Culture and Tourism Knowledge Competition," it was also a gesture of goodwill and cross-cultural understanding.
We are grateful to the Hong Kong Ta Kung Wen Wei Media Group for generously sponsoring this trip, which covered all expenses including travel, lodging, and activities. Such initiatives gave our students an invaluable opportunity to immerse themselves in the rich culture and history of China.
Another highlight of this trip was the opportunity for our students to visit the venues of the 19ᵗʰ Asian Games, which were held in Hangzhou on September 23ʳᵈ. This prestigious event was not only a sports celebration, but also a grand cultural display. With Hong Kong sending the largest delegation in history and the Hong Kong Jockey Club providing technical support for the equestrian events, our young students experienced the vibrant spirit of the Asian Games.
A video presentation was shared to provide a brief overview of our students' experiences and learnings. Please note that sound was not available.
