The International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO), the most well-known international competition for high school students all over the world, was held in Oslo, Norway in July 2022. As a representative of Hong Kong, 4E Yiu Chun Hei won a silver medal. Chun Hei scored 29, which is the highest score among all previous Lamwooers in IMO (including Fong Tsz Lo 2018, Kung Man Kit 2012, and Fong Pok Wai 2006 & 2007). 

The Hong Kong Team also achieved great results with 1 Gold, 3 Silver and 1 Bronze medals.
