由元朗青年商會及香港特別行政區傑出學生聯會主辦的「香港特別行政區傑出學生選舉」始於一九八八年，是香港學界其中一個最具代表性的榮譽。

本選舉旨在鼓勵中學生在學術、課外活動、社區事務、領袖才能及自我認知作全面發展，從而提高中學生的公民意識，並藉由歷屆得獎者組成的香港特別行政區傑出學生聯會，推動一群優秀人才發展潛能、回饋社會。
