4A XIN Ming-hin won a merit award in "One Country, Two Systems" and "Basic Law" Slogan Design competition.

The competition is funded by the Hong Kong Youth Development Association and the Basic Law Promotion Funding Scheme. The contest is an accredited event for celebrating the 25ᵗʰ Anniversary of Hong Kong's return to China.
